Happy Matcha Day to the green goddess of the drink world! 🍃🍃🍃🍃

When we opened in 2020 I didn’t want to do matcha. Not because I dislike it, quite the contrary, but because to make it properly takes a lot of attention to detail and a very expensive ceremonial grade matcha. .agu bullied me into bringing it on, and it’s been a joy ride since. We use traditional brewing techniques using the chasen bamboo whisk and ceramic bowl, and buy ceremonial grade matcha from Kagoshima Japan at its peak seasonal freshness to ensure the smoothest and dreamiest tea you’ve ever had.

The Hari Jårl is here to welcome the warm weather 👑

Hari is the Filipino Tagalog word for King, which is fitting because we took our iced Ubeccino and mixed it with the Jårl cream cheese foam for the ultimate refreshing drink to cool off with.

The Ube has a naturally sweet profile that reminds us of Cap’n Crunch berries and cake batter, and the brûléed cream cheese foam adds a savory and creamy component that send it into another dimension.

Available for the spring menu as a secret menu item, you won’t see it on the menus in store so make sure to spread the word!

Daniel’s tattoo is another story 🤷🏼‍♂️

It’s officially the Lunar Year of the Fire Horse, and as a company whose entire branding is around a red Dala horse we just felt compelled to make something in honor of it. Fun fact, it’s also our six year anniversary this weekend!

Limited to 26 shirts (for the year 2026 of course), we have a hanzi and Dala horse print on front with a beautiful trellis bordered in coffee branches on the back with our logo and print on it. Available In store only at the Main Street location.

We can’t let have ALL the fun this weekend!

LOVESTACK is our special series for valentines weekend, available as an espresso-based mocha or as a matcha.

We took our house made Belgian chocolate ganache and paired it with our new strawberry wine reduction sauce, then topped it with some fresh pancakes to dip in your drink! It’s the perfect blend of rich chocolate and a bright sweet acidity from the strawberries that pairs with our matcha and espresso beautifully, and the snack on top makes it complete!

The favorites are back!!

Our Guatemalan Del Cid from and our Peruvian Cusco from are both back, freshly roasted yesterday. We have several bags at both locations, and will have it available online by the end of the day as well.

If you haven’t heard already, coffee trading has become incredibly challenging and expensive over the last year and it’s been really hard to source coffee. We’re hoping that we’re over the hump and able to carry these on regular basis like we did before, but we always recommend stocking up just in case!

Forget NYE ball drops and fireworks and champagne, THIS is the sign it’s the New Year we’ve been waiting for.

The Jårl is back. This is our double iced coffee topped with a house made jårlsberg cream cheese foam with a sugar brûléed top.

Inspired by cheese foam boba and Swedish kaffeøst, this drink is a hybrid of tradition and invention to make something perfectly balanced for our customers. It’s sweet and creamy initially, with a salty and savory component that pairs perfectly off of the chocolatey notes in our house iced coffee.

Available for the early season of the year while supplies last.

2025 was a year. 🙌🏼

We’ve been through incredible change and hardship, as well as exciting new ventures and avenues as a growing community of coffee nerds and brunch buddies.

Specialty coffee prices soared in wake of tariffs . Cherished staff moved on to new jobs. Beavers did their damndest to dam our creek at the new spot. And we tackled the Herculean task of buying, renovating, and repairing a new place in less than two months before opening for our first festival.

But this community we have is incredible. Your support took us everywhere from winning the Best of the Hudson Valley Coffeehouse to being able to purchase and open a second location in Sugar Loaf. We’ve met so many incredible and wonderful new people this year, and grown closer with those who’ve been with us through the years too.

Thank you for being a part of our 2025, whether it was watching from afar on social media or visiting at our shops.

Let’s wish for an even better 2026!
