Our last chef collaboration is with Arshiya from Verzenay Chicago and being a pastry chef, she went all out. We designed the Saffron Milk and Pistachio Praline truffle, a two-layer beauty with a saffron milk ganache atop a pistachio praline, dipped in bittersweet chocolate with roasted pistachios. Verzenay has some of the most delicious pastries this city has to offer, with unique flavor combinations such as raspberry rose, so we leaned on Arshiya’s favorite flavors to create this bonbon.

We have 7 boxes left among both stores! You can also snag some of the truffles from our case this week, in advance of our 20th anniversary party on Saturday.
