Our friends over at Aki Japanese Restaurant gifted us a bottle of yuzu juice for our kitchen adventures. Yuzu is a Japanese citrus with a flavor that resembles lemon, mandarin oranges, and grapefruit. We took this yuzu juice and made a vegan yuzu curd that ribbons its way through a coconut dairy free base. It's one of the best ways to beat these scorching hot summer days we all have been enduring.
