What a lovely closing night for an even lovelier summer season. 🔥

From the dishes that brought the season to the table to the people behind every plate, this summer was a reminder of what makes Two Twelve special: our team, our local farm partners, and the community that continues to show up for us.

We’re officially closed for the season, but the work doesn’t stop here. We’ll be back in the kitchen developing our winter menu, exploring new flavors, and finding new ways to bring our approach to live-fire cooking to the table.

A table set by the land, a menu shaped by the season. 🌿

Our dinner at Thistle Whistle Farm was a reminder of what makes a meal meaningful: ingredients grown with care, prepared simply, and brought together around a shared table.

From just-picked peppers and fire-kissed vegetables to fresh greens and house-made bread, every dish started with the ingredients themselves. We’re grateful to work alongside the local farms and growers who make this kind of cooking possible, and to bring our team beyond the kitchen to celebrate the people and places behind the food.

Thank you to Thistle Whistle Farm for welcoming us and sharing a little of what makes this valley so special. This is what cooking with intention, seasonality, and a sense of place means to us. ❤️

Still thinking about yesterday on the farm.

The fifth annual Thistle Whistle Farm Dinner + Pepper Party brought us together to celebrate another growing season (which wasn’t easy) and the people whose work makes these meals possible.

Thank you to Mark and the Thistle Whistle crew who work tirelessly to grow food with heart, our Chef Anthony Nelson and the Two Twelve team, and everyone who joined us around the table. It’s a privilege to cook at the very place where so much of our inspiration grows.
