Bianca Restaurant is named for Gianni’s nonna (pictured on the last slide). as an homage to the way she welcomed the community into her home, and the ever-present scent of her cooking. She was deeply devoted to her family, a value that remains woven into our spaces.
Chef Gianni still finds inspiration in his own mother, in the time they spend cooking side by side, where recipes are shared without being written down. For Fede, that connection carries into the bakery, where what he makes reflects the same care he learned at home with his mother, now shaped into the pastries and cakes that define Bianca.
We see it every day in the women who shape this place today. In Marisa and Erica, and in the many mothers on our team who bring a certain grace to everything they touch. And in all the mothers who walk through our doors, who gather here, who return to moments that feel familiar.
