We went out on a limb and staffed up and stayed open later at our The Rosenbaum location for the 250th parade in downtown. We are glad we did, You all SHOWED UP! What a turn out Cumberland. That was a fun time! Let’s do a parade every year!

The United States of America is turning 250 years old this year and Downtown Cumberland is throwing a parade and party! Basecamp at The Rosenbaum will be open later on Saturday June 27th to join in the festivities!

The parade is starting at 1 pm and Basecamp will be open until 4 of clock!

Street closures for something cool! There may be detours to your morning cup of coffee.

Many of our community members have heard by now that Paramount Pictures 🎥 🎬 will be filming Mayor of Kingstown here are the Western Maryland Railway Station. Dates of filming will be Wednesday, June 3, Thursday June 4th, and Friday June 5th. Rehearsals will be happening on Tuesday June 2nd.

Needless to say things will be a bit hectic on our end of the City. Most of the filming will be conducted at the Western Maryland Railway Station. Filming hours will be from approximately 7am-9pm.

📍Baltimore St will be closed from Mechanic St to Greene Street. 🚗 Parking at Canal Place will be restricted. We recommend parking under the bridge off of Harrison Street.
👮Cumberland City Police will be onsite to assist with safe traffic flow.
💥Please be aware there will be prop fi****ms and simulated gunfire during filming.
