If you haven’t noticed this past week, we’ve been struggling to keep soup on the menu… and that’s because our missing link, Rita the Soup Queen, has been away! 👑🥣

While we did our best to fill in, we quickly realized that what Rita does around here is truly irreplaceable. In fact, we missed her so much that there were days we couldn’t even offer soup! 😅

The good news? She’ll be back tomorrow—rested, refreshed, and ready to rock!

Tomorrow’s free coffee is generously sponsored by 22 Too Many and Operation Creekside from 7:00–9:30 AM at Hope House Coffee ☕❤️

While they will not be present in person, there will be a table set up to honor and bring awareness to their mission of supporting grieving military families, raising awareness for military suicide/PTSD, and remembering the fallen heroes who are gone too soon.

Their generosity is helping support the mission of Hope House Coffee while also shining a light on a cause that deeply matters. We are grateful for organizations that use their platform to serve others and bring hope to hurting families. 🇺🇸

This weekend, we pause.

Not simply for a long weekend — but to remember the cost of freedom. To honor the sons, daughters, fathers, mothers, brothers, and sisters who never made it home. Those who laid down their lives so others could live in freedom.

At Hope House Coffee, we believe sacrifice matters. Remembrance matters. And gratitude matters.

As a Christ-centered coffee shop built on hope, restoration, and community, we hold close the words of Jesus:

“Greater love has no one than this: to lay down one’s life for one’s friends.” — John 15:13

May we never become too busy to remember the lives that were given for ours.
