It all started with a gyro and a dream. Late LATE night Halal NY Street food! Chicken and Rice to
(278)

It was while the owner, Saad, was roaming the big city, that he saw the numerous halal carts on every corner. With most being open late night, he wondered why there was no option for this in Dallas. We needed something different than pizza or tacos after a night out! After many visits and trying hundreds of carts, he approached a NY local foodie friend with the idea to bring the delicious halal cart concept to the Big D. With the mastered home grown perfected recipes, Saad and Saad's fiancè Audrey were able to bring Big Guys Chicken and Rice to Deep Ellum in 2016. Emulating the best of what New York Halal street food has to offer, this hidden hole in the wall is the perfect take out option and guaranteed staple for your late night munchies; staying open until midnight on weekdays and 4am Thursday - Saturday!

No concern for what just happened.
Just making sure everybody knows where to get some of the best bowls and wraps in DFW. 😮‍💨🔥

At this point you could throw me off a building and I’m probably landing like…

“Y’ALL WANT EXTRA SAUCE WITH THAT?” 😂

There’s sauce… and then there’s BGCR SAUCE. 😮‍💨🔥

You think the bowl is ready?

Nah… put some more sauce on it. 👀

Still not enough.

MORE. 😭

Because at BGCR, we don’t believe in a little drizzle. We need that bowl COVERED. Chicken, rice, sauce in every single bite. 🍗🍚🔥

If your bowl ain’t looking a little disrespectful by the time you’re done adding sauce… you didn’t add enough. 😂

📍 Deep Ellum
📍 Euless
📍 Murphy

The bowl was already good… the extra sauce just made it dangerous. 😮‍🔥

09/23/2026

You came for ONE thing… and now you’re looking at the whole menu like 👀😭

At BGCR, picking your favorite might be the hardest part.

Loaded bowls 😮‍🔥
Fresh wraps 🌯
Platters stacked with flavor 🍗🍚
And plenty of options to keep you coming back and trying something different every time.

This reel is basically us saying: “How hungry are you?” 😂

Because once we start showing everything one by one, suddenly that one item you planned on ordering turns into:

“Yeah… let me get that too.” 😭🔥

Whatever you’re craving, we got something for you.

📍 Deep Ellum
📍 Euless
📍 Murphy

So the real question is… what are YOU ordering first? 👀🔥

09/17/2026

$12. That’s it. 😮‍🔥🍗🍚

A whole BGCR bowl loaded up with the flavor, portions, and quality you actually came for.

We know y’all got options… Chipotle, CAVA, all that. 👀

But when you can pull up to BGCR and get one of THESE bowls for ONLY $12?!

Come on now. 😭🔥

More flavor. Big portions. Quality that speaks for itself. And a price that doesn’t have you looking at your bank account after lunch. 😂

We’re not here to argue about who’s better…

Just take one bite and make that decision yourself. 😏

$12 bowls all day.
Come hungry.

📍 Deep Ellum
📍 Euless
📍 Murphy

BIG flavor without the BIG price. 💛🖤

WE GOT ROBBED 🥹😵‍💫

Robber: “GIVE ME EVERYTHING YOU GOT!” 😤

Franky: “Say less…” 🕺😭

proceeds to give him EVERY dance move in the arsenal 😂😂😂

Bro asked for the money and accidentally got a full BGCR halftime performance. 💀

The robber probably standing there like, “THAT’S NOT WHAT I MEANT!” 😭

But you gotta be specific when you’re talking to Franky. You said EVERYTHING HE’S GOT… and apparently what he’s got is rhythm. 😂🔥

At BGCR we might take your order seriously…
but apparently NOTHING else. 😭

📍 Deep Ellum
📍 Euless
📍 Murphy

Come for the bowls. Stay for Franky’s unnecessary dance moves. 🕺😂🔥

09/02/2026

Bro really threw a drink at my car just to get my attention 😭🥤🚗

So of course I rolled the window down like…

“AYO, WHAT’S YOUR PROBLEM?!” 😤

Whole time this man wasn’t trying to fight…

He just needed to make sure I knew about BIG GUYS CHICKEN & RICE. 😂😂😂

Like bro… you could’ve just said that from the beginning 😭

But I respect the dedication. When the bowls and wraps are THAT good, sometimes regular communication just isn’t enough. 😮‍🔥🍗🍚🌯

Consider the message received. 🤝😂

And now we’re passing it along to y’all:

GO. GET. BGCR.

BREAKING NEWS:
Frank has officially been arrested. 😭🚔

The charges?

Possession of the best bowls and wraps in the city. 😮‍🔥🍗🍚🌯

Apparently serving chicken this good, loading the bowls like THIS, and putting this much flavor in one meal is against the law. 😂

Officer asked me if I had anything to say for myself…

GUILTY AS CHARGED. 👮‍♂️😭

And I’d do it again.

Matter fact… we’re doing it EVERY DAY at all three locations. 😂🔥

📍 Deep Ellum
📍 Euless
📍 Murphy — NOW OPEN!

Come get the evidence for yourself. 👀

BIG bowls. BIG wraps. BIG flavor. BIG GUYS. 💛🖤

08/27/2026

You would think after trying BGCR for the 10,000th time I’d be used to it by now… 😭

NOPE.

That first bite still hits like the first time. 😮‍🔥🍗🍚

The chicken. The rice. The sauce. The portions. That perfect bite when you get a little bit of EVERYTHING on the fork… yeah, it still gets me EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. 😂🔥

And now we get to share that same BGCR flavor with even more of DFW because…

🚨 MURPHY IS OFFICIALLY OPEN! 🚨

That’s right — no more “coming soon.” Murphy, it’s YOUR TURN. 💛🖤

Whether you’ve been rocking with us for years or you’re about to try BGCR for the very first time, come see what the hype is about.

📍 Deep Ellum

📍 MURPHY — NOW OPEN!

Three locations. Same BIG flavor.

And after 10,001 times… I already know that next bowl is still gonna hit. 😭🔥
