Chicken thigh wrapped in bacon and topped with roasted peaches.

Served with Creamer potatoes.

OR Duck confit and sundried cherries wrapped in phillo dough. Served with a brandied cherry gastrique sauce and couscous salad.

OR 2 Salmon croquettes and 1 chick pea croquettes
