It’s about time we introduced you to the chef behind so many of our favorite pastries!

Meet Chef Maria, an accomplished pastry chef who joined our team earlier this year. Since then, she’s brought some incredible additions to the B-Side pastry lineup, while also lending her talents to some beautiful desserts at Deer + Dove and Fawn.

If you’ve enjoyed any of the breads, pastries, or sweet treats across our restaurants lately, you’ve likely had a taste of her work.

With the weather looking a little spooky this weekend, we’ve decided to cancel our usual Saturday appearance at Freedom Farmers Market.

If it’s safe to venture out, we’d love to see you over at our Decatur café instead! We’ll have extra stock of all your B-Side favorites ready and waiting.
