This weekend, we're feeling the fall on the Oregon coast! Sharing the abundance of the season has led us at Restaurant Beck to be inspired to create a fun twist on the classic French Foie Gras Mousse. Freshly picked chanterelle mushrooms and crispy local apples are paired here with a tangy, sweet mostarda and red mizuna.
