“Simple, no-frills, cozy atmosphere with views of the bay. The owners are so nice and the food was FANTASTIC! The crab cheese wontons are STUFFED with crab - best ones we’ve ever had! For main dishes we ordered the seafood curry special - there was so much seafood in it, and served in a coconut with a side of the coconut juice. Such great flavors! The Pad Thai was the best we’ve encountered in a long time. Highly recommend if you love authentic Thai!”

🍜 And I can tell you from personal experience, this place deserves every bit of that praise!

🦀 The Dungeness crab Thai fried rice is 🤤
⭐️It’s an off-menu item made with fresh, local Dungeness crab, available when they have fresh locally sourced crab.

🍚 We ordered it to go and brought it home for a family-style meal last weekend-
Let’s just say there was some serious competition over that crab fried rice!
😢 No leftovers.

😂 It was THAT good. We almost went back the very next day to order another two! ( Not Kidding)

🤫 Here’s a little tip for your next visit to Bay View Thai Kitchen in Depoe Bay:

👉🏼 Ask about the Dungeness crab fried rice.
It’s not on the regular menu, and availability depends on when they have fresh local crab, but if you get the chance to try it, I highly recommend it.
