Thank you to everyone who joined us for our Member Mingle event! It was a wonderful evening filled with great conversation, new connections, and a strong sense of community. We truly appreciate each of you and the energy you bring to UCC!

We’re also excited to share that Phase 2 of our patio remodel will be starting soon. This next phase will continue to enhance our outdoor space, giving our members even more comfortable and inviting ways to relax, gather, and enjoy time at the club.

Something exciting was delivered… and we could not be more thrilled to officially share it with you!

Out with the old, in with the new! Our patio furniture has arrived, and the space is ready for summer at UCC.

Our patio has always had one of the best views around! Overlooking the course, the summer evenings, and the kind of setting that makes you want to stay awhile. The view has always been worth coming up for—now the furniture is, too.

A very special thank you to Troyer Furniture and Berlin Gardens for their excellent partnership, attention to detail, and help in bringing this vision together. They exceeded expectations every step of the way, and we are so excited for this patio upgrade for UCC and our membership.

From the course to the seafood boil, Memorial Day weekend was one for the books!

Thank you to everyone who joined us for a weekend filled with great golf, incredible food, and time spent with friends and family at the Club.

And to top it all off… our pool is now open for the season! Join us from 11am-7pm every day (weather permitting). Come on up and get some sun!

Pool Update
We know everyone is excited for pool season. While the pool will not be ready by Friday as originally hoped, we are aiming for a Monday, May 25 or Tuesday, May 26 opening, pending final maintenance progress and weather conditions.

The pool has been freshly sealed and painted, and we can’t wait for you to enjoy it this summer!

Burrrrr-ger Night at UCC 🥶🍔

Yesterday was absolutely beautiful. The sun was warm, the breeze was cool, and it really felt like spring might finally be here to stay. Some of you may have even been inspired to hit the grocery store and start planning dinners for the week.

Then this morning brought clouds, cold, and even a little snow.

So if you’re suddenly less interested in cooking tonight, let us take dinner off your hands.

Tonight’s burger feature is the Reuben Burger: a smash patty topped with corned beef, Swiss cheese, 1000 Island, and coleslaw for $14.

We’re also still featuring the Dill Dry Rub Wings, and they were such a hit that Chef David has officially added them to our regular wing flavor lineup.

And with $1 bone-in wings, dinner sounds pretty easy.
