Behind the sauces, breads, and comforting flavors our guests enjoy is our talented Sous Chef, “Spooks.”
Whether she’s crafting sauces from scratch, baking fresh bread, or lending a hand wherever it’s needed, Spooks brings dedication, compassion, and creativity to everything she does. She genuinely cares about her team and our guests, and it shows in every dish that leaves the kitchen. Around here, we like to say our food is made with love—and Spooks is a big reason why.
When she’s not in the kitchen, you’ll find her creating role-playing games, writing stories, drawing, and embracing her creative side. And like any great chef, she’s always a sucker for a really good pasta.
