Good morning!

Between the two restaurants, we sold 38 hibiscus drinks resulting in a $95 donation to the Ernie Davis Community Center and a $95 donation to the John Jones Museum!

We are continuing the fundraising through today, which is Elmira‘s official Juneteenth celebration! Head on down to Ernie Davis Park between 12 and 4 o’clock to join in the festivities!

Happy Juneteenth!
A day to celebrate the “official” end of slavery in the United States and thanks to President Obama: a national holiday (so don’t try to go to the bank today!)

Net proceeds from these two drinks will go to the John Jones Museum (you really need to look his story up if you don’t know it… What an amazing man!) and the Ernie Davis Community Center

We will be serving both drinks…  one with alcohol one without…. In both restaurants all day.
