Tonight absolutely blew us away. ❤️🍖

We made DOUBLE the amount of ribs we normally prepare for rib night… and we were only a HALF RACK away from selling out! 🔥🙌

We truly can’t thank our loyal customers enough for the incredible support, patience, and encouragement — especially through the winter months while everyone waited for rib season to return.

Seeing guests in the dining room, the carryout orders rolling, and all the excitement around rib night means more to us than you know. ❤️

Eric’s smoked ribs will be here EVERY Thursday through Labor Day from 4–8 PM, and we can’t wait to keep serving you all summer long. 🍖
