To clear things up, I’m still a food truck , with not only food truck bills, but shop overhead as well. If I’m closed, it’s because my truck can’t magically be in two places at once, and neither can I. With you guys supporting us we get closer to building the kitchen in the shop, but until then I take Caterings that help pay the bills for those slow shop days! Thank you for understanding. -Casey
