Some of our most memorable coffees of all time come from El Vergel estates in Tolima Colombia.

It's such a privilege to be visited by such wonderful producers.

We have a really special coffee coming soon from El Vergel that just blew our socks off when we tasted it.

Do you want to be first in line to try new coffees? Click the link in our bio and join the "Adventure Seekers" subscription. It features a new, fresh coffee from incredible producers just like Shady and Sebastian! We can't wait to share this one with you.

Cappuccinos today. Cappuccinos tomorrow. Cappuccinos forever.

Did you know we made our Clodhopper espresso blend to be the most perfect espresso possible in a cappuccino? That's how much we love 'em.

Do you love cappuccinos? Tell us all about it in the comments.

Welcome to a coffee dry mill. This one is just outside of Guatemala City. These precious bags of coffee are stacked fresh from the wet mill and are waiting to be sorted.

Any Guatemalan coffee you have enjoyed from Farmers Union Coffee Roasters has passed through this very stack as it's prepared to be shipped to us here in Oregon.

This picture represents just a small fraction of the incredible journey coffee takes to get into our cafe so we can roast it just for you!

From this well run washing station in Antigua, we can see the towering Volcan de Agua. On the side of that volcano is where Farms of Antigua is grown.

Have you ever been to a coffee washing station or a coffee farm? What questions would you ask the farmers?

Welcome to a coffee drying patio. It's very likely that the coffee you drink has spent time safely drying in the sun on a patio just like this.

The workers must constantly rotate and manage the drying coffee so there is no damage during this crucial time

This patio is attached to a dry milling station, where hundreds of large shipping containers of coffee are sorted and processed for their journey to the United States or beyond.

The coffee we purchase from Guatemala is all milled just beyond this photo at this specialty dry mill outside of Guatemala City.

From this mill the coffee is then loaded into huge container ships.

So much work goes into every single coffee you drink.
