Black Gundalow is our nod to Exeter’s river history, with a darker twist for the season.

For generations, gundalows carried lumber and goods up and down the Squamscott, connecting Exeter to Great Bay and the coast. A Cascadian Black IPA felt like the perfect fit — dark, piney, resinous, and just a little mysterious.

And when the fog rolls in over the river, you never know… maybe there’s still an old gundalow out there drifting upriver with nobody on board.
