A boulevardier with a spiced backbone & tropical lift. Bourbon infused with five spice, papaya infused gentian apertif, Cocchi Rosa, Peychauds bitters.

A clarified colada with soft tropical flavors and a dreamy finish. Lavender infused coconut rum, pineapple, coconut water, citrus, ube condensed milk, sea salt cream. Clarified with coconut milk.

If you’ve been with us since the early Falls Church days, you may already know Cindy. She was part of our original opening team, and she’s been bringing good energy and great people into the fold ever since!

Cindy has a talent for spotting A+ humans (some of our strongest hires came through her), and now she keeps things running smoothly as our event coordinator for our new private dining and event space in Alexandria. She’s generous, kind, up on every food trend and pop-up, and always the first to jump in and help — no matter what’s needed.
