Chef Lee has over 20 years of experience in kitchens, from New Mexico to Colorado, from France to Malaysia. He's taken classes at Kendall College, the Arts Institute of Chicago, and Johnson and Wales. Yokie is from Melaka, Malaysia, where the family still owns and operate a hostel, a hotel, and a durian plantation. Rose is our amazing daughter, and she is usually running the cashier station, as sh

e has been since she was twelve years old. This is our passion project. We are fanatical about our food. We brew our own soy sauce. We make our own sauces, including our famous House Red Chile Sauce. We bring in high quality ingredients, and we treat them with love and respect. We hope you enjoy!

Summer Updates: Thanks for all the support! Our busiest week ever was two weeks ago. Then last week blew that out of the water. Yesterday was our busiest Thursday ever. We love you guys!
Whiskey Beef Noodles changed. With this volume, Chef can't keep up with fresh noodles; we serve it on rice now, and it's called Mongolian Beef. It's awesome. BTW we updated our rice recipe in 2026, and it features USA grown rice. We love the change.

Our phone tree has been a hit. We check our messages every day. (406) 780-7888 options 4 and 5 are hilarious
We made the change to protect our employees from harassment. Thanks for the help Stillwater County Sheriff's Office! They were great. Nemont: DO BETTER!

You can still catch Yokie some dinner rushes. She comes in around 6-8 some nights. 8:00 at the bar is your best chance to catch her.
Rose works until August 15th or so! You got about one month to catch her before she goes to NYC.

Willie's Batch One is

How it started: a shed in Cooke City and a bucket list goal.
How it's going: our first billboard! Chef went on Chopped, snagged a James Beard Foundation nod for Best Chef, and a whole new family of friends and regulars down here in Fishtail.
Yokie's rarely here anymore- but if you want to catch her best odds are around 7:30, when we take a shift drink.
Rose is here, but only for 64 more shifts 😢then she moves to New York City! She's pursuing her dance career out there.
Chef and Vinnie are ALWAYS here, same for Payday, our rockstar bartender, and we just made two new hires today. Come in and hang out with the old timers while you still can and meet the new kids who are going to take MontAsia through the next decade.
