Weekend feature: Poached Shrimp and Watermelon Salad🦐🍉🌶️
Bright, chilled, and made for summer weekends. Citrus-poached shrimp layered with compressed watermelon, diced avocado, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, and crumbled halloumi — all brought together with a sambal-honey vinaigrette. Finished with blistered shish*tos, lime zest, micro shiso, scallions, and a dusting of árbol chili for just the right touch of heat.
