This bar from Cacaosuyo deserves its own post. In 2025 it won a gold from the international chocolate awards. I have my own thoughts about awards in the food industry or any industry for that matter, but that will be a different post.
But damnit if it doesn't deserve the praise. It has notes of honey and floralness just like they describe it. This bar eats I would say like a lighter 60-65% bar.
So if you would like a bar, please come by soon as we only got a case in and I/my staff just ate a full bar.
