Before you toss a cigar because you spotted white spots on the wrapper… you should probably know what you’re actually looking at.

We’ve got a fun one coming up at “The Parlor”.
This Saturday, we’re sitting down with “Old Forester” for a relaxed tasting night built around bourbon education, pairing discussion, and just spending a few hours around people who enjoy the craft. We’ll taste through a few different expressions, talk about what actually changes from bottle to bottle, and break down why certain pours hit differently once you understand the process behind them.

No pressure to “know bourbon.” Honestly, that’s the point of the night.

If you’ve been wanting to learn more about whiskey, join ICC member Chris Hockenberry this evening, to sharpen your palate a bit, or just enjoy a solid evening with a good pour in hand, this is a great night to step into it.

Three new releases from the García family just landed in the humidor, and each one earned its spot here for a different reason.

“The Don Pepín García Clásicos 20 Años” celebrates 20 years of the Cuban Classic Black Label with a limited collector release featuring a 24k gold-plated cutter and only 2,500 boxes produced. Rich, full-bodied, and unmistakably Pepín from first draw to finish.

“My Father Blue” takes the brand in a new direction, built around Honduran tobaccos with a smoother, more refined profile layered with cedar, cocoa, earth, and balanced spice.

“La Lealtad” leans darker and richer, delivering espresso, toasted nuts, cedar, cocoa, and warm spice through a bold but controlled smoking experience.

We spend a lot of time evaluating what comes into this humidor. Not every new release makes the cut. We smoke them, discuss them, revisit them, and make sure what lands on these shelves is something we genuinely believe deserves your time.

The sunset season at ICC is starting to feel exactly how it should.
Which makes this the perfect time to highlight one of the quiet favorites coming out of the kitchen lately: the Dynamite Popcorn Shrimp.

Chicken-fried shrimp tossed in our dynamite sauce, finished with sesame seeds and green onions over a lemon vinaigrette slaw. Crisp, balanced, and the kind of plate that disappears faster than expected.

Pair it with one of our crafted cocktails, settle into the patio with a boutique cigar, and let the evening slow down a little.

Two new arrivals just landed in the humidor from Definition Ci**rs🔥
The white label, One13, is one of the more personal releases we’ve seen this year. Named after the address of founder Jamond Hackley’s grandmother’s home, the cigar was built around memory and foundation. A San Andrés wrapper over Indonesian binder and Nicaraguan filler creates a profile layered with earth, cocoa, and spice while keeping the smoke balanced and approachable throughout.

The green label, DC Pi5ot, takes a different direction. Also built on a San Andrés wrapper, this toro leans into a medium-bodied profile with a little more structure and progression as it burns. Ecuadorian binder, Nicaraguan filler, and the kind of blend Definition Ci**rs has become known for—small batch, intentional, and clean in construction.

Both are now available in the humidor.
