Hi everyone!
I wanted to take a moment to reintroduce myself. Im the heart behind our charcuterie and catering business. What started as a passion for bringing people together through food has grown into something truly special.
This journey means so much to me. I moved from Mexico five years ago, and Grand Island has given me more than I ever dreamed possible.
I started this business in 2022 from my home, zero followers( now we are almost 4k 🥹), making a logo by myself but a really dream in my heart and two years later, a wonderful woman believed in me and my dream. Together, we opened our storefront, and since then, we’ve continued growing stronger every day.
A few fun things you might not know about me:
🗣️ I speak two languages (English & Spanish)
🧑🧑🧒 I’m the only one of my family here in Nebraska (which makes you my family here)
🌽 I love corn… so I think I fit perfectly in Grand Island 😂
🧀 My mom calls me “Ratatouille” for two reasons: I’m a little chef, and I absolutely love cheese
I cry a lot. I doubt myself a few times, but I still love opening that door for you all each day. Thank you so much for being here and supporting our small business. I’m so excited to continue serving our amazing community!
