Thank you so much for the support. We have the all-clear from the health department to reopen!

It’s been a long week and a half of cleaning the basement and getting equipment back in place, but we’re finally ready. We’ll be prepping tomorrow and Wednesday, and we’re excited to reopen on Thursday to serve your favorite sandwiches, sides and desserts again.

I can’t thank our friends, family, and employees enough for coming together and making this happen so quickly. Your help truly means everything.

We’re still working with the insurance company to sort out the rest. Unfortunately, although we do have flood insurance, they’ve said the damage probably won’t be covered because the water came from outside the building. If it had been from a broken pipe or sewer backup, it would have been covered. We’re hoping some of the lost business and employee wages will be, but we’re not certain yet.

Either way, we’ll be back up and running on Thursday, and we can’t wait to see you. Thank you again for all your support—we truly appreciate it.

Well the big clean has begun! The basement is empty and drying out. We are moving forward with sanitation and replacing all of our lost equipment. Thank you for all your kind words and thoughts. Hopefully we get the all clear by the end of the month so we can back to serving your favorite sandwiches safely!

Unfortunately, the damage from the flood is a little more than we expected. We will be closed for the rest of this week and will more than likely remain closed next week as well while we clean up and get everything back up and running.
We truly appreciate all the support and understanding during this time. Thank you, and we look forward to seeing everyone again soon. Stay safe!
