Tapas Menu for tonight 5/13
Foraged Cascade salad
- fresh forage minors lettuce, kitchen grown kale. pickled fiddle head fern and radish with razor sliced red onions. Finished with a Asian vinaigrette and garnish.
Curbside Caprese
- slow cooked cherry tomatoes and leaks locally sourced, over herb crusted crostinis, with fresh mozzarella, Thai basil, balsamic glaze, and sunflower shoots.
Wild mushroom coconut curry
-hour porcini and ginger infused yellow curry cut with creamy coconut. Served over sticky brown rice, topped with tempura fried morels and oyster mushrooms
Cheesecake stuffed French toast
-sweet Hawaiian bread stuffed with cheesecake filling. Seared to perfection, with a blackberry and Meyer lemon compote. And garnish.
