We're still reeling from the incredible team tasting with Chef Jeb at the helm! 🍴👨‍🍳 Our team truly knocked it out of the park with a lineup of dishes that left us all in awe. Standouts included the refreshing tuna crudo, expertly paired with a zesty ramp aioli and a sprinkle of tobiko for added crunch, as well as the Fiddlehead Caesar Salad with local cheese.
And let's not forget the melt-in-your-mouth short ribs that simply fell off the bone - a true testament to Chef Jeb's skill and attention to detail. We're getting closer to the final countdown of our summer opening and we can barely contain our excitement! Yesterday, we had the pleasure of tasting all the wines, from the crisp and refreshing whites that are perfect for a warm summer day, to the full-bodied reds that will complement our delicious dishes.
Our wine 🍷list is shaping up to be truly magnificent this year, with a wide range of options to suit every taste and preference. 368 Maine Restaurant is looking absolutely fantastic for the coming season, and we can't wait to share it all with you! We hope you can join us for an unforgettable summer of great food, fine wine, and exceptional company. Our menu will be posted soon! Fine Dining is available on Thursdays-Sundays from 5-8 pm.
