🔥Chef Jeb is bringing the heat to Greenville, Maine!
While I recommend absolutely everything on this menu, the Maine Fiddlehead salad, roasted mushrooms, short ribs and beet ice cream will rock your world.

We're still reeling from the incredible team tasting with Chef Jeb at the helm! 🍴👨‍🍳 Our team truly knocked it out of the park with a lineup of dishes that left us all in awe. Standouts included the refreshing tuna crudo, expertly paired with a zesty ramp aioli and a sprinkle of tobiko for added crunch, as well as the Fiddlehead Caesar Salad with local cheese.
And let's not forget the melt-in-your-mouth short ribs that simply fell off the bone - a true testament to Chef Jeb's skill and attention to detail. If you're looking for a dining experience that will leave you feeling satisfied and inspired, look no further! We're open tonight through Sunday from 5-8 pm, so be sure to book your table or stop by for a walk-in - you won't want to miss out on the culinary magic! 📅

We're getting closer to the final countdown of our summer opening and we can barely contain our excitement! Yesterday, we had the pleasure of tasting all the wines, from the crisp and refreshing whites that are perfect for a warm summer day, to the full-bodied reds that will complement our delicious dishes.
Our wine 🍷list is shaping up to be truly magnificent this year, with a wide range of options to suit every taste and preference. 368 Maine Restaurant is looking absolutely fantastic for the coming season, and we can't wait to share it all with you! The Lodge at Moosehead Lake
and 368 Maine, our onsite restaurant welcome Jeb
Charette as our Executive Chef for the summer season
2026!! Jeb is the former head chef of The River House
in Damariscotta, which during his time was one of the
best restaurants in the mid-coast. Jeb has also been
chef at Flux Restaurant in Lisbon Falls, Maine, and The
Blind Pig in Gardiner, Maine.
He now brings his locally sourced and seasonally
inspired cuisine to Moosehead Lake and we're beyond
excited.
