Happy Friday, Rogue Fam!
Let us formally introduce our latest creation: Dual dusted Teres major with smoked butternut puree and beet gelee with a garden chimichurri
This delicious steak is crusted with charred green onion powder and mushroom powder, and cooked to perfection. We plated this over zucchini leaves from Rogue’s garden, with a butternut purée and topped off with our chimichurri and beet gelee.
