Over the years, one of the things that I loved to offer my couples when they booked their wedding cake and desserts was a complimentary anniversary cake, because there’s nothing worse than eating a cake that had been in the freezer for a year. 🫣

🧁✨Due to the incredible response to our Bakery Academy announcement, we’re excited to share some wonderful news!

Many of you reached out asking if Sweet Paige Bakery Academy was only available for homeschool students. We listened… and we’re thrilled to announce that our Fall 2026 Academy will now offer two separate sessions!

🍂 Homeschool Student Session
📅 Thursdays
🕐 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM
📆 October 1 – November 5, 2026

🌙 After-School Student Session
📅 Thursdays
🕟 4:30 PM – 6:30 PM
📆 October 1 – November 5, 2026

Designed for students ages 12–15, our six-week Bakery Academy is a boutique, hands-on experience where young bakers will build confidence, creativity, and practical life skills in a licensed home bakery.

Each student will receive:
🧁 A Sweet Paige Bakery Academy apron (to keep at the end of the course)
📖 Student recipe binder
🥣 All ingredients and supplies
🍪 Weekly baked goods to take home
🎓 Certificate of Completion

✨Enrollment is intentionally limited to just four students per session to provide a personalized learning experience.

💲 Tuition: 💲3️⃣2️⃣5️⃣.0️⃣0️⃣ (plus applicable taxes and fees)

📋 Applications are now being accepted!

The application deadline is August 15th. After reviewing applications, families selected for the Fall 2026 cohorts will receive an invoice to secure their student’s enrollment.

📬 I’ll be sharing the link to our Weekly Letter in the comments. If you’re interested in applying, that’s the best place to access the application and receive important updates.

Looking ahead, we’ve also received interest in adult baking sessions and additional academy opportunities! While those aren’t on the calendar just yet, our Weekly Letter subscribers will be the first to hear about future classes, seasonal workshops, and new Academy announcements.
