Welcome Harlan RAGBRAI 2026

My name is Tina. I recently opened Sunset Scoops ice cream in Harlan, Iowa. We serve hand-dipped ice cream, sundaes, malts, shakes, banana splits and our mouth-watering ice cream nachos. We offer a family friendly, tree nut-free hangout for families!

We will be open from noon - 11 pm on Sunday, July 19th!
