✨ The secret behind Peace’s deliciousness ❣️

• No refined sugar or agave — only organic maple syrup
• Umami is brought out using dried ingredients like kombu and shiitake
• Instead of blanching, we sauté to remove bitterness and enhance flavor
• Local and organic vegetables are soaked in alkaline hydrogen water (pH 10) for over 5 minutes to remove impurities
• Nutrient-rich parts like peels and roots are carefully cleaned and used in pastes and cooking
• Rice is cooked with alkaline-reduced water and black rice in a pressure cooker for better texture, flavor, and to help reduce oxidation in the body

💕Last night… I received a message that honestly gave me chills…😭🙏💕

Finally… FINALLY…🫣🫣🫣🫣🫣🫶

Our “Miracle Toothbrush” will now be available at Nijiya Market inside Ala Moana Center‼️‼️🥹🔥

This moment means so much to us. It hasn’t been an easy journey.

At Peace Cafe, we’ve always been deeply committed to using high-quality ingredients and seasonings,
focusing on helping people improve their gut health in a way that’s both delicious and enjoyable.

But at some point, we realized something important…

“What about the starting point?”

The mouth.
Everything begins there.

Periodontal bacteria don’t just stay in your mouth.
They can be swallowed, reach your gut, and even travel through your bloodstream throughout your body.

They may disrupt gut health,
cause chronic inflammation,
weaken the immune system,
and potentially contribute to various diseases.

👉 In other words,
your mouth is the gateway to your overall health.

If we ignore this, no matter how healthy we eat… it’s not enough.

That realization led us to start the “Peace full Project.”

We want to create real change—starting from the very top, the source.

And one of our answers is this:
the “Miracle Toothbrush.”

Designed like a combination of a toothbrush and an interdental brush,

And honestly… dental care in Hawaii is expensive.

With four kids, it has been a real challenge for our family.

But after using this toothbrush for about a year,

皆さまへ

ここ最近の大雨の影響で、ノースショアの被害が想像以上に深刻な状況になっています。
私自身も日曜日に現地へ行ってきましたが、車が家に突っ込んでしまっている光景や、泥水が床上まで入り込んでしまっている家々を目の当たりにし、胸が締め付けられる思いでした。

ノースの友達に連絡を取りましたが、2日間の停電に加え、現在も安全な水の確保が難しく、食糧不足など本当に厳しい状況の中で生活されています。

そこで、皆さまからのドネーションを集め、今週木曜日に現地へ届けに行きたいと考えています。
内容はどんなものでも構いません。

・衣類
・食べ物
・飲み物
・トイレットペーパーなどの日用品
・ほんの少しの💲
・オムツ
・子供のおもちゃ

もし物資が集まった場合は、向かう途中でコスコなどに立ち寄り、必要な物を追加購入する予定です。

ハワイ全体が大変な状況にあることは十分理解しています。
それでも、お水1本でも、トイレットペーパー1つでも、皆さまのお気持ちが現地の方々にとって大きな支えになります。

断捨離のついでにでも構いません。
「これなら役に立つかもしれない」と思うものがあれば、ぜひご協力いただけたら嬉しいです。

回収場所は Peace Cafe 裏口（駐車場側）にテーブルを設置します。
木曜日15:00までにお持ちいただけると、ミカさんやそのご友人たちへ配布してもらうことができます。

Dear Everyone,

Due to the recent heavy rains, the damage on the North Shore has become far more severe than we could have imagined.
I personally went to the area on Sunday and witnessed heartbreaking scenes — cars crashed into homes, and houses where mud and floodwater had risen above floor level, destroying people’s daily lives.

I have also been in contact with friends who live on the North Shore. They experienced two full days without electricity, and even now, access to safe drinking water remains difficult. Many are facing serious food shortages and are struggling to get through each day.

With this in mind, I would like to collect donations from everyone and personally deliver them to the area this Thursday.
Any contribution would be deeply appreciated.

• Clothing
• Food
• Drinks / Water
• Daily necessities such as toilet paper
• Even a small monetary donation
・Diapers
・Children’s toys

If we are able to gather enough supplies, I plan to stop by Costco on the way to purchase additional essential items.

I fully understand that many people across Hawaii are also going through difficult times.
However, even one bottle of water or one roll of toilet paper can make a meaningful difference for those who are currently in urgent need.

If you are decluttering and have anything that could help, your support would mean so much.

A collection table will be set up at the back entrance of Peace Cafe (parking lot side).
Please bring any donations by Thursday at 3:00 PM. The items will be distributed to Mika and her friends, who will ensure they reach those who need them most.
