Our $30 Prime Rib “Late Bird Special” will continue in May— Sundays through Thursdays, with seating at 8pm or later. Please note we won’t be offering it this Friday 5/1 or Saturday 5/2. 🍽️

Starting Monday, 4/13, we’ll be updating our hours of operation.

Lunch will be served from 11:00 am to 4:00 pm, with dinner beginning at 4:00 pm and running through 9:00 pm. Happy Hour will continue from 3:00 pm to 5:30 pm.

We believe a great meal shouldn’t always require a special occasion—sometimes, it’s just about timing.

Join us tonight at Merriman’s Honolulu from 8:00 PM to 9:00 PM for a $30 Prime Rib special. It’s our way of “throwing a party” for the late-night crowd, featuring our signature herb-crusted Prime Rib at a neighborhood price.
