Blueberry waffle and lemon vanilla glazed
Brown Butter Cookie Dough
* 130 g unsalted butter
* 140 g sugar
* 60 g brown sugar
* 1 large egg
* 1 egg yolk
* 1 tsp vanilla extract
* 1 tbsp honey
* 250 g all-purpose flour
* ¼ tsp baking soda
* ½ tsp fresh lemon juice
* ½ tsp salt, or to taste
* 100 g white chocolate, chopped
Blueberry Filling
* ½ cup thick blueberry jam, approximately
* Optional: ½ tsp lemon zest
Lemon Vanilla Glaze
* 80 g powdered sugar
* 1–2 tsp fresh lemon juice
* ½ tsp vanilla extract
* A little lemon zest
* Milk as needed to adjust consistency
