rateful. Ever awed by nature, ever flush with adventurous ambition, ever seeking the serenity found outside. A pastime immersed in place, in the personality and peace of the Tetons. Pattern, texture, color, contour: The design draws upon the layered lives lived outdoors: the worn leather of saddles; the faded denim of the JH uniform; the splintered beauty of fallen timber. Picnics are rarely fancy, always thoughtful. Less fuss, more fun. Packing a meal requires care and creativity, as does making a café menu attune to efficiency and enjoyment. Such is the ethos of our bright menu: childhood breakfasts of toast (now with savory and sweet toppings); a biscuit sandwich, perfect for backpacks; a lunch box of a fresh salad and baguette sandwich; pastries enjoyed all day (stick buns, biscuits, quick breads). There’s always plenty of food at Picnic, plenty of moments for fresh and wholesome fun.
