With slow mornings in mind, we partnered with CONVIVIAL to make a candle that pairs perfectly with a cup of coffee or two.

Each stoneware vessel is individually handcrafted and filled with 100% soy wax here in Kansas City. The natural, cotton wick has up to 60 hours of burn time.

Costa Rica has built a reputation of being one of the most quality-focused coffee producing countries, even though it produces less than 1% of the world’s coffee. The San Luis farm is a family-owned operation managed by siblings Alexander and Magali Delgado in Grecia, Costa Rica. Like many of Costa Rica’s specialty producers, the family not only grows coffee but also operates their own micromill, allowing them complete control over processing and quality.

This lot is an SL-28 variety that underwent anaerobic honey processing. This process allows the final result to have enhanced fruit intensity and acidity while maintaining sweetness and clarity in the cup.

Introducing a little Kansas City DNA to our kitchen menu.

For a limited time, our kitchen is offering the Smokestack Sandwich. Made with Krizman’s smoked sausage, grilled rajas, and house-made barbecue sauce all between an Ibis Bakery brioche bun. Served with a side of pickles to round out the experience.

Fazenda Chapadão is a farm in Brazil, named after the high-altitude plateau on which it sits. The farm’s flat terrain allows for efficient harvesting, while its drying patio receive consistent sunlight and favorable temperatures throughout the day, creating excellent conditions for processing the coffee.

This lot being a pulped natural, is clean and vibrant. The cup has a sweetness of key lime with the rich notes of hazelnut spread, giving it a dessert-like quality without overwhelming the clarity of the coffee. This is an easy coffee to enjoy and we are excited for the opportunity to offer it on our shelves.
