Our Slow Bar special this month is a refreshing and smooth delight. We combine our Ethiopian cold brew with a house-made black currant syrup and blackberry juice. These are shaken and poured into a chilled glass, resulting in a soft and berry-sweet beverage.

Offered every Saturday this month, from 9am - 1pm.

We are excited to welcome back the Hafi Natural from Burundi. Coming from a region that is known historically for washed coffee, this natural coffee is an excellent example of the possibility Burundi is capable of.

This Hafi Natural has a clear, citrus-driven acidity while a date-like sweetness adds complexity to the cup. It’s always a pleasure to offer this coffee and we hope you enjoy it as much as we do.

This one is for the moms

Friday through Sunday we will be offering a Berry Ganache Bread Pudding from our kitchen. Made with white chocolate bread and topped with raspberry ganache.

Then as a Sunday exclusive, we will have a Lemon Lavender Croissant. A spiral formed croissant filled with lemon curd and dipped in a white chocolate glaze.

Slow Bar Saturdays! Come try our shaken Blackberry Cold Brew this Slow Bar Saturday! Shaken with our canned Ethiopian cold brew, blackberry juice, and a house-made black currant syrup using Black Currant tea, this drink opens with deep berry sweetness and a subtle tannic edge. The dense, creamy foam carries soft chocolate notes that round everything into a smooth, dessert-like finish, reminiscent of a chocolate covered berry. New for the month of May, every Saturday from 9am - 1pm.
