Try our delicious rendition of a Cuban sandwich. Sliced ham, pulled pork, swiss cheese, pickles, homemade garlic mayo, and Dijon mustard, all pressed panini-style. Enjoy!

A new burger is in town! Our special right now is our Hawkeyes Burger. Soft toasted brioche bun, a large hand-formed patty, fixins, white cheddar and homemade tavern sauce. 🍔🍺 Come on in and give it a taste, and wash it down with a cold beverage!

We put a great emphasis on quality environment, service, and food at our establishments. We are putting all of our energy into this focus, especially as we settle in! Because of this, we will not be doing daily soup posts or pole sign updates. But DON’T WORRY, Heder’s delicious soups we know you all love so much will always be available! You’ll just have to come in to see what soup he’s whipped up. Thank you and enjoy!

Hello Lake Stevens Community! We are excited to introduce ourselves as the new owners of Hawkeyes. We are Cole & Britana Uppinghouse, and as some of you already know, we are the current owners of Cole’s Tavern in Mukilteo. We are so grateful to Steve & Shirley for allowing us the opportunity to continue their long-lived and loved legacy here at Hawkeyes. We wish them a lovely retirement!
We have both been in the restaurant industry for many years, but especially Cole - it has been a family business since before he was born. Longevity by cultivating a welcoming environment (as Steve & Shirley have for so many years) is what we are dedicated to achieving.
We look forward to meeting as many of you as we can. You’ll see us around with our young son (& another on the way) - don’t hesitate to say hi! Cheers!
