The Club House Kitchen was ravishing in Orange this week with the Pumpkin Tortellini dinner. No, that’s not canned nacho cheese! It’s a unique brown butter pumpkin Alfredo that starts with the browning of butter, infused with fresh, whole sage leaves. Diced shallots are sautéed and immersed with cream, pure pumpkin purée, vegetable stock, and freshly grated Parmesan. A perfect seasonal meal for the week of Halloween 🎃
