☕️ SOMETHING EXCITING IS BREWING AT BRAVEHEART! ❤️

We’ve been sipping, tasting, comparing, and sipping some more (tough job, we know 😉) as we work on creating our very own BRAVEHEART COFFEE BLENDS!

And here’s the REALLY exciting part?! We’re using our very own coffee roaster to bring these blends to life! 🙌

SOON, you’ll be able to enjoy THREE signature roasts:

☕ HINENI – Here I am. ❤️

☕ BRAVEHEART – Coffee with courage and purpose.

☕ AGAPE – Love without limits.

We’re putting so much thought and love into choosing the perfect roasts, and we cannot WAIT to share them with you! Because at Braveheart, it’s never been JUST about coffee. It’s about community, opportunity, purpose, and making a difference with every cup. ❤️

THREE ROASTS. ONE MISSION. A WHOLE LOT OF HEART.

Stay tuned…something GOOD is brewing! ☕️❤️

🔥 YOU’VE SEEN THEIR STICKERS ON OUR CUPS THIS MONTH… NOW LET US TELL YOU WHY WE LOVE THEM! 🔥

CrossFit LC Valley is one of our Braveheart partners this month, and we are SO excited to highlight them!

We love partnering with businesses that genuinely care about people, and that’s exactly what you’ll find at CrossFit LC Valley. They care about every person who walks through their doors — whether you’re an experienced athlete or you haven’t worked out in years and are just trying to figure out where to start. ❤️

One of their programs we LOVE is HYROX Endurance Training!

HYROX combines endurance training with movements like:

🏃 Running
🛷 Sled pushes & pulls
🚣 Rowing
🎿 SkiErg
🏋️ Farmer carries
🏐 Wall balls
🦘 Burpees & lunges

And here’s the BEST part: you don’t have to already be “fit” to start!

With no barbells or gymnastics involved, the simplicity of HYROX — plus the ability to modify movements — makes it an awesome entry-level program for someone new to fitness or nervous about jumping into a group class.

It’s about building your engine, getting stronger, increasing your endurance, and challenging yourself to KEEP MOVING. 🔥

So next time you see that CrossFit LC Valley sticker on your Braveheart cup, know that you’re looking at a local business we’re proud to partner with and one we absolutely recommend checking out.

Great programs. Great community. People who genuinely care about their members. ❤️💪

Go give HYROX a try!
