Food this good doesn't have to be complicated. Our gyros may be simple, but we put a lot of thought into our ingredients and preparation. The pita? Imported from Greece, because why imitate the best when you can just source it for real. The meats? Tender, seasoned with just the right amount of herbs and spices, shaved off the rotisserie in perfect portions. The tzatziki? It's a traditional family recipe- tangy Greek yogurt blended with fresh dill and cucumbers that's delicious on just about anything.
