•Cheese board- raspberry chocolate ganash, drunken goat cheese, blueberry cream cheese, brie, crisps, strawberries, dried fig, apricot, & mango

•Red leaf salad- red leaf lettuce, butter lettuce, pomegranate vinegarette and seeds, green apple, walnut, manchego cheese

•Papparpedelle pasta- sundried tomatoes, parmesean butter cream, lemon, ricotta, shallots and garlic

•Mussels- fennel, red onion, white wine, butter, shallots and garlic w/ side of toast

•Filet mignon- cooked in rosemary butter, crispy potatoes w/chermoula, broccolini, shallots and garlic

•Raspberry pound cake- raspberry coulis, raspberry jam, berry and salted whip cream
