Los Pinos, the pines, takes its name from the forest canopies of Mexico's renowned producing state. Rio Verde - Long term partnership with the Herbadera Co op in Guerrero, México began when we discovered a cup that was vibrant, juicy and big bodied.

The group composed of dozens of producers builds the lot into a natural anaerobic processing method to develop a unique profile, proudly distinct. Milling by our partners in ciudad Oaxaca aims to QC the green in a nuanced and systematic manner prior to packing in burlap sacks for shipment to Los Angeles.

The coffee is on bar at our cafes. Ask your barista for the espresso option or take a box of beans home.

Rooted presents work by photographers whose practices are shaped by place artists who

understand that creative work does not emerge from urgency, but from time, familiarity, and a
deep relationship with the environments that hold them.

The exhibition brings together photographers Jorden DeGaetano, Ian Merzwinski, and Kelby
Reck. Each artist approaches image-making as a form of observation, returning again and again
to the landscapes, rituals, and moments that have shaped their way of seeing. Their
photographs are not simply captured, they are grown through patience and presence.
