"Hot Honey" has been something of a craze lately but I have to be honest... I didn't really get it. Tried it. Not for me. No hate on anyone who loves it just not for me.
What I thought it was gonna taste like is our Honey Chipotle sauce.
Where did we come up with the Honey Chipotle recipe? Stole it from a chain. Not ashamed to say it.
To be fair, we use real ingredients and make the sauce. We don't open a box and suddenly there's a bag of sauce in it called Honey Chipotle.
Not that I went all Mission Impossible and broke in somewhere but instead we found a recipe on the old internet, tweaked it and out came these bad boys. A perfect balance of sweet heat.

We're going to run out of our BBQ almost every day. We know that frustrates people and it's not that we don't care but that's the design of it. Our BBQ is an overnight cook. It takes 13 hours. We can't just open a pack and throw it on like a burger or a steak.
Also, we are trying to run out every day so that we can offer you the BBQ at the peak of its freshness.
To the people who say, "you should have planned better." I guess all we can say is, "you should have planned better."
We've been saying this for years. Once it's gone it's gone. We'll have more for you tomorrow. We don't save it for anyone. First come first served.

A few years ago, it seemed like every restaurant was charging something like 3% to use a credit card. The messaging was more like, "if you pay with cash, you get a 3% discount". Which seems a bit of misinformation to me.
I'll be honest, I wasn't even tempted.
This has never been on our radar & I don't see a scenario where we would.
We're not trying to point our fingers at other restaurants who do this.
As operators, we all have to make choices and they're tough choices.
If a restaurant has 2 million dollars in credit card sales, they are likely going to pay $60000 in credit card fees for that year. If not more.
That's a tough pill to swallow but we eat that cost and still try to be price approachable to as many people as we can.
