We’re heading into summer with a month full of movement, mindfulness, music, and community.

We’re also so excited to officially welcome Jaymie to the Strait to the Roots yoga family! She’ll be bringing Yin Yoga to the schedule on select Thursday evenings — offering a calming space to slow down, reset, and reconnect 🕯️

🍻 Pints & Poses @ Biere De Mac — June 18th 6-9pm
An all-levels yoga flow paired with live acoustic music, local beer, and community vibes. Come move with us, then stay and hang out after class 🎶🍺

🌱 Seeds of Intention — June 14th 6PM
A special evening centered around grounding, reflection, intention setting, and nervous system reset. This one is designed to help you reconnect to yourself and plant the seeds for the season ahead ✨

Seeds of Intention
Sunday, June 14 • 6:00 PM

Plant the energy you want to grow. This 90-minute experience includes a gentle flow, a restorative sound bath, journaling prompts, and space for community and connection afterward.

Cost is $30/person or for our Deep Roots Members it’ll be $15.
