urants across the country. "Aloha" is more than our name. It's the piece of island life, memory, and love we carried with us to Madison. We're takeout-focused, but we've always made sure there's a cozy seat, complimentary iced water and green tea, and a relaxed atmosphere here for you. Valentine’s Day 2024 was our very first day. Today,we’re officially starting Year 3! 🍜

Behind every bowl of our Ramen and every plate of Katsu is a lot of teamwork. He’s the magic in the kitchen, and I’m the one lucky enough to share it with all of you.
