Valentine’s Day 2024 was our very first day. Today, we’re officially starting Year 3! 🍜

Behind every bowl of our Ramen and every plate of Katsu is a lot of teamwork. He’s the magic in the kitchen, and I’m the one lucky enough to share it with all of you.
