I spied this perfect Everything Bagel in Wednesday’s bake and decided to try and document it’s journey from my kitchen to someone’s belly. Notice the crazy perfect pyramid of Maldon! I bagged and waited to chat up the first person to order a single Everything. Alex was super kind and agreed to document our bagel, now her bagel, and it’s final destination at her desk at work. FIrst outdoor market this Saturday! We’ll have bagels, granola, oat bars, scones, and mayyyyybe challah and babka but preorder if the thought of missing out is upsetting. We transition and take a break from babka for the summer so you heard it here the babka train is pulling away from the station. This will be our 4th season on the Square and the best one yet.
