Lomo Saltado tells the story of Chinese immigration to Peru and the beauty that emerges when cultures meet in the kitchen. Born from the “chifa” tradition, it blends wok-fired technique with Peruvian ingredients in a dish that became something entirely its own.

At China Chilcano, we celebrate it with wok-fired beef filet, tomatoes, onions, and potatoes, brought together with soy sauce and ají amarillo... packed with flavor and rooted in the story of Peru.
