Vibrant and vast, Prime features classic and creative preparations of the world's finest steaks, aged in an on-premises patented salt-brick aging room, as well as seafood, chops and more

. With a supremely-stocked 3,000-bottle wine tower and attentive and knowledgeable service, Prime will ensure that you score and 'A' on your beef exam. The Craveable Hospitality Group brought their culinary expertise to Foxwoods Resort Casino with the opening of David Burke Prime in July 2008. The 13,000-square-foot steakhouse seats 400 and includes a 28-seat bar and 1,700-square-foot private banquet area. All cuts of meat served at the restaurant are hand-picked by Executive Chef Pedro Avila and dry-aged in the restaurant's in-house dry-aging room. It is that room, and similar rooms throughout the Cravebable Hospitality Group that recently won a United States Patent for the dry-aging process.

Special Dinner in Memory of Daniel Ewers

Join us for a heartfelt evening at Caputo Trattoria as we honor the memory of our dear friend and colleague, Daniel Uwers. Daniel dedicated over ten years of exceptional service to our restaurant David Burke Prime, and his presence will be deeply missed.

For $100 per person, enjoy a Buffet along with curated wines and cocktails all included, prepared with love and care by our culinary and beverage team. You can also pledge your support with raffle items available. This special dinner is a tribute to Daniel’s legacy and a gesture of support for his remaining family.

Our buffet will include a carving steak station, an assortment of Salads, Eggplant Parmesan, Mussels, Meatballs, Rigatoni Bolognese among many other offerings and an assortment of desserts.

We invite you to share in this evening of remembrance, where we will celebrate Daniel’s life and contributions to our community. Your participation will directly benefit his family during this difficult time.
