I’ve spent pretty much my entire life at Bleu, and recently decided I wanted a place to write a little more about food, restaurant life, and whatever comes next.

My first story is called Raised in Bleu. It’s about growing up here, working alongside Fred, and how Bleu has shaped where I’m headed next.

My name is Tristan Feufeu. After years of cooking for you at Bleu restaurant, I am excited to bring some of what we do here, and more, into your homes.

I’ve recently started Chef Feufeu. A new chance to offer private dinners, chef’s tastings, brunch, and cooking classes.
